I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
How do I change my name, avatar or interests?
Open the Profile tab and tap what you'd like to change.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. You're signed out right away and your personal information is removed. The rest is permanently deleted within 30 days. If you have Plus, also cancel it in your iPhone Settings, because deleting your account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
Kinder Path Plus
How do I cancel Plus?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kinder Path Plus → Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during the yearly plan's 7-day free trial, you won't be charged.
I paid but Plus isn't showing
Make sure you're signed in to the same Kinder Path account and the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then close and reopen the app. Still missing? Email us with the date you subscribed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Kinder Path Plus charge.
What's included in Plus?
Saved events added to your calendar automatically, quiet, seating and small-group filters, planning ahead in any city before you travel, a month-by-month look-back, and deeper "what to expect" guides. Everything else in Kinder Path is free with no limits.
Finding things to do
Why don't I see much near me?
If your area is new to Kinder Path, we start looking for libraries, parks and local groups near you as soon as you open the app. First listings usually arrive within minutes, and more over the next day. Meanwhile, online gatherings are open to everyone, and you can tap Suggest a place to add spots you love.
How do I use my location, or choose a town instead?
On the Explore tab, tap the location at the top. Choose Near me now to use your phone's location, or type any town. Location is optional, and you can turn it off in your iPhone Settings.
A listing has the wrong time or place
Email us the listing name and what looks wrong, and we'll check it. Always check with the venue before you go, because organizers sometimes change plans.
I'm not getting event reminders
Reminders are only sent for events you've saved. Make sure notifications are on for Kinder Path in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Kinder Path.

How do I report or block someone?
Use the Report or Block option on the post or member's profile. Our team reviews every report. You can also email us.
Is Kinder Path a mental-health service?
No. Kinder Path is a wellness tool for getting out and connecting. It isn't therapy or crisis care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional, or call or text 988 any time.
